Usually public confidence is that AIIMS is good big hospital, everything is available here, no need to go anywhere for any testing or service.

సరే, ఇక అసలు, విషయానికి వస్తే, ఎయిమ్స్ మంగళగిరి, ఫేస్బుక్ ట్విట్టర్ చూసాము, ఈ సమాచారం ఏమైనా ఉందేమో అని, కానీ ఏమీ కనపడలేదు. ఎందుకంటే, వారు చేస్తున్న పని, ప్రజలకు తెలియాలి, నమ్మకము కలగాలి కదా.

Now we visited the social media of AIIMS Mangalagiri, to see Eluru incident details and report, but we didn't find anything there. It should be in social media to inform the public about the services they are doing and give confidence. Facebook, Twitter.

1. ఇక్కడ, పూర్తి వైద్య సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చినవా, ఇంకా లేదా? ఎంత కాలం పడుతుంది?
Is the hospital ready for complete services or not? If not, How long will it take?

2. అందులో రోగి చేరడము ఉచితమా, తెల్ల కార్డు లేదా ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ ద్వారా? అవి లేని వారికి, బయట ప్రవేట్ వైద్యం కన్నా ఫీజ్ లు తక్కువనా? ఎవరికి ప్రవేశము ఉంటుంది? రిఫరల్ ఉండాలా, స్థానిక డాక్టర్ నుంచి?
What is the process of joining as a patient? Is it free with white card or state arogyasree program? If they don't have these cards, are the fees lower than private hospitals? Who will have the entry? Do we need a referral from a local doctor?

3. ఏలూరు నమూనాలను, పరీక్ష కోసము, ఢిల్లీ ఎందుకు పంపారు? మన దగ్గర ఇప్పుడు ఆ వసతి లేదా? త్వరలో ఆ వసతి వస్తుందా? అసలు రాదా? ఎందుకంటే, ఈ ఆసుపత్రి లో, అన్ని ఉంటాయి, ఎక్కడకు వెళ్ళక్కరలేదు, అని నమ్మకము కలగాలి ప్రజలకు.
Why do we send Eluru samples to New Delhi? Don't we have testing facilities here? Do we get that facility later here or always need to send it there? People are believing that AIIMS has everything, no need to go anywhere for any service.

4. కోవిడ్, వైద్యం చేసే వసతి అనుభవం వీరికి ఉందా? వారి ఫేస్బుక్ లో, ఇక్కడ ఈ వైద్యం ఉంది, దయచేసి వినియోగించుకోండి, దూర రాష్ట్రాలకు వెళ్ళాల్సిన పని లేదు, అని ఎక్కడా కూడా, సమాచారం లేదు.
Do we have kovid testing and treatment here? we didn't find any Ad on their social media, urging people no need to go to other states, we have everything here, please come here with confidence.

Public knows that ministers, MPs and MLAs visited Hyderabad for Kovid treatment.

5. ప్రతి రోజు కూడా, రాష్ట్రం లో వివిధ వ్యాధుల గురించి లేదా పరిష్కారాల గురించి, వారు సోషల్ మీడియాలో పెట్టడం లేదు. తీరినప్పుడు ఒక పోస్ట్ ఉంటుంది.
Everyday, they are not keeping any advice on their social media about various medical issues in the state. They are posting something whenever they get some time.

Every week how many folks are joining in the hospital? How many people are visiting as outpatients? No info on social media.

7. స్థానిక భాష ను అనుసరించి, రోగుల సేవల తెలుగు మరియు ఇంగ్లీష్ ప్రకటనలు పెడుతున్నారా? సోషల్ మీడీయాలో, కనపడలేదు అలా.
Are you guys respecting local language Telegu and keeping Ads in Telugu and English on your social media?

Based on your social media, it looks like you are detaching from Andhra public and just taking care of your own business.

దయచేసి, ఇప్పుడైనా, సంస్థ వారు, ఏ సదుపాయాలు ఉన్నాయి, ఎంత ఖర్చు అవుతుంది, అలాంటి విషయాలు ప్రజలకు తెలియపరుస్తూ, అంధ్రా ప్రజలను ఆదుకోవడానికి, మేమున్నాము అని భరోశా నమ్మకము ఇస్తూ,

అలాగే ఇతర రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు, మన ఖ్యాతిని ఎరిగి, ఇక్కడకు రావాలని, అలా వచ్చే విధముగా, వీరి సేవలు ఉంటాయని, ప్రజలు అధికారులు నాయకులు ఆశిస్తున్నారు.

At Least now, AIIMS should give the info and give confidence to the public about - what services/ facilities are available, how much it will cost, joining procedures, etc. in social media now and then in Telugu. They should give confidence and support to the public about various diseases.
