గురువులందరికీ కార్తీక మాస (సోమవార) శుభాకాంక్షలు, తమ ముదుసలి తల్లి దండ్రులను దగ్గర ఉంచుకుని తమ బిడ్డల తో పాటుగా సేవించుకుంటూ, ఈ మాసములో కాశీ విశ్వనాధుని (శివయ్య) తల్లి విశాలాక్షిని (పార్వతి) త్రికరణ శుద్దిగా కొలిచే వారందరికి, పాదాభివందనాలు. అంటే మాటలు, చేతలు, మనస్సు మూడు కలిస్తేనే ఆ సేవకు పూజకు ఫలితము.

Gurus, praNam/ wishes for Karthik mas (Monday), who is taking care of their old parents by keeping them together same as kids and serving them along with Kashi Visvanadha (Shiva) and Vishalakshi (Parvathi) in this month. The 2nd one is talk truth always. Truthfulness for doing good for others,

కార్తీక మాసములో శివయ్య పార్వతమ్మ సేవలతో పాటుగా, అమ్మ నేత్ర చికిత్స సేవ కూడా, ఆ పరమేశ్వరుడు అనుగ్రహించారు. మొదటి కంటి శుక్ల శస్త్ర చికిత్స, గత నెల 13 వ తేదీ న జరిగింది అని మీకు తెలుసు, విజయదశమి కి అమ్మవారి దీవెనలతో.

In Karthik mass, got opportunity to serve Mom eye operation along with Lord Shiva and Parvati puja. God gave permission to perform that. First eye cataract operation was done last month on 13 for Vijaya Dashami, with Lord Durga blessings, you already aware of that.

ఇప్పుడు శివయ్య ఆజ్ఞతో 2 వ కంటి శుక్ల శస్త్ర చికిత్స, ఈ 10 వ తేదీ న కార్తీకం లో జరిగింది విజయవంతముగా. మొదట 16 వ తేదీ అనుకున్నాము, దాని కన్నా ముందు వీలుకాదన్నారు. వీలైతే చెప్పమని చెప్పి వచ్చాము, చాలా కష్టము అన్నారు.

Now Shiva gave permission for 2nd eye cataract operation, on 10th of this month in Kartik mas. Initially they gave date for 16th, before that impossible. But we requested them if they got any cancellation, try to prepone it.

ఇంటికి వచ్చాక, కాలెన్డర్ చూస్తూ, అయ్యో, కార్తీక పౌర్ణమికి సత్యనారాయణ పూజ ప్రతి సంవత్సరము లాగా, ఈ సంవత్సరము చేయలేమెమో, 16 వ తేదీ న శస్త్ర చికిత్స అంటే, 2 మరియు 3 రోజులలో కష్టము, పూజకు అనుకున్నాము. కానీ శివయ్య గమ్ముగా ఉంటారా? ఉండరు కదా, దోవ చూపించారు.

After coming home, by seeing calendar, we thought we may not able to do Karthik pournami Satyanarayana puja, if operation is on 16th, within 2 or 3 days it will be difficult for puja.

హట్టాత్తుగా 9 వ తేదీ ఉదయం డాక్టర్ ఫోన్ చేసి, 10 వ తేదీ ఉదయం అమ్మగారికి శస్త్ర చికిత్స చేస్తాము, వెంటనే ఆ 2 వ కంటిలో, ఆ 3 మందులు చుక్కలు మొదలు పెట్టండి. కంటి పాప చాలా చిన్నదిగా కష్టము గా ఉంది అని చెప్పారు. ప్రాణం తిరిగి వచ్చింది, పౌర్ణమికి అంతా సెట్ అవుతుంది కదా అని, ఆ దేవ దేవునికి, క్రుతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకున్నాము.

But on 9th we got call from Doctor saying that 10th is ok and will do Mom eye operation. Start putting the 3 medicine drops in the 2nd eye. The eye pupil is small and difficult process. Now we are happy, now issue for Pournami, said thanks to God.

10 వ తేదీ ఉదయము దేవుని మరియు పెద్దల అనుమతి తీసుకుని, 7.30 కు ఆసుపత్రికి వెళ్ళాము కారులో, మన ఇంటి ఆదిశక్తి అమ్మవారి తో కూడి. 9 గంటలకు మొదలు పెట్టారు. నన్ను ఆపరేషన్ జరిగే ప్రదేశానికి అనుమతించారు, వారి మాటలు అమ్మకు చెప్పడానికి.

On 10th we went to hospital at morning 7.30 am after taking permission from God and elders by car with taking our home adishakti amma goddess. Started operation around 9 AM. They allowed me to the operation theater, to explain/ translate the things to Mom.

అటు చూడలేక, ఇటు తిరిగి కూర్చున్నాను. ఎదురుగా, తెరపై పెద్దగా, కన్ను లోపల వారు శుక్లాలను జాగ్రత్త గా తీయడం, మరలా ఇంకోటి గ్లాస్ అమర్చడం అంతా కనపడుతుంది. ఆపరేషన్ చేసే పద్దతి అంతా వివరముగా, రికార్డింగ్ చేస్తున్నారు. రేపు ఎవరన్నా కేసు వేస్తే, అది సాక్ష్యం, అన్ని కరెక్ట్ గా ఫాల్లో అయ్యాము అని చెప్పడానికి. ఎన్ని జాగ్రత్తలు, మనకోసం అలాగే వారికోసం.

I can't able to see that and turned other side. In front, there is big monitor and showing everything, like removing eye cataract carefully and arranged glass in that. They recorded the whole procedure. Tomorrow if someone put case on them, this is the proof, we followed all the procedures carefully. See how many precautions, for them and for us.

20 నిమిషాల సేపు పట్టింది, అమ్మకు కూడా మొత్తము తెలుస్తుంది. కంటికి మత్తు ఇచ్చారు. ఒంటికి, తక్కువ మోతాదులో మత్తు ఇచ్చారు, అంటే మత్తు గా చుట్టూ జరిగేది, అలాగె నా మాటలు మొత్తము వినపడుతాయి తెలుస్తాయి.

అయిపోయినాక డాక్టర్ చెప్పారు. మొదటి కన్నే చాలా కష్టము అయ్యింది, 2 వది తేలికగా అయ్యింది. ఇంక అమ్మ 2 కళ్ళకు, చాలా బాగా కనపడుతుంది కళ్ళజోడు లేకుండానే, అడ్డు పొరలు మొత్తము పోయాయి అని, తన శ్రమను వివరముగా చెప్పారు.

After that Doctor said, first eye is more difficult, but 2nd one is easy. Now onwards, both eyes will appear best even without spectacle, everything removed from eye and explained his hard work.

ఇంటికి వచ్చిన తర్వాత, ప్రతి 4 గంటలకు మందు చుక్కలు వెయ్యాలి. రాత్రి, తోడు గా బాత్ రూం కి మనము వెళ్ళాలి చేతులు పట్టుకుని నడిపిస్తూ, ఇంకో వారము రోజులు ఇలాగే కొనసాగిస్తూ కనిపెట్టుకుని ఉండాలి. పొరపాటున పడితే, ఈ సమస్యతో పాటుగా, కొత్త సమస్యలు వస్తాయి కదా.

After coming home, every 4 hrs we have to give that 3 different drops. Night, we have to carry and take to restroom. One more week we have to do the same. By mistake, if she fall down like before, more issues will come.

గురువారము అంటే తర్వాత రోజు, 3 గంట్లకు మరలా వెళ్ళి చూపించాము. పర్లేదు, బాగుంది, కళ్ళ మందు కొనసాగించండి, మరలా వారము ఆగి రమ్మన్నారు. ఆ పరమేశ్వరుని దయలేకుండా, ఈ దేవీ నవరాత్రులకు అలాగే కార్తీక మాసము లో, ఈ 2 శస్త్ర చికిత్సలు ఈ సమయానికి విజయవంతము గా జరగవు.

Thursday means next day, we went for check up at 3 pm. Doctor said, everything is good, continue the medication and come back after 1 week. Without God help, these 2 operations will not be successful for these Devi Navaratri and also for Karthik mas.

మొదటి నుంచి చెబుతున్నానా, మనము నిమిత్త మాత్రులము, పప్పుచారులో కరివేపాకులము. నడిపేది, నడిపించేది, ఆ దేవ దేవుడు, సమస్యలు స్రుష్టించేది ఆయనే, మన మనోధైర్యాన్ని సంకల్పాన్ని లక్ష్యం ను పరీక్షించడానికి, ఆ సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం చూపేది ఆయనే. గమ్ముగా త్రికరణ శుద్దితో ఆయనను అనుసరించడమే. పొగడ్తలు తెగడ్తలు రెండూ ఆయనకే.

From the beginning, I am explaining that, we are just zeros spectators, like coriander in sambar. Please respect and do more to your parents than us by keeping them together with equal facilities and medical like own children, to show gratitude responsibility and love on them.

అనాధాశ్రమాలను తగ్గిద్దాం, మన తల్లి దండ్రులను, మన సొంత పిల్లలు గా చూద్దాము. మనసు ఉంటే మార్గం ఉంటుంది, అది ఒంటరివారైనా లేదా కుటుంబం గలవారైనా. నాకు తెలిసి, 3 కుటుంబాలు వారి ముదుసలి తల్లి దండ్రులను ఇంట్లోనే ఉంచుకుని, చూసుకుంటున్నారు, పెద్ద నగరాలు విదేశాల్లో మన ఊళ్ళో కూడా.

We need to decrease the old age homes by treating and serving our own parents as our kids. Where there is a will there is a way, we may be single or family. I know 3 families who are taking care of their old parents by keeping them, in big cities, foreign, even in our town also.
