*స్పందన* - మనకు సాత్విక గుణ ఉంటే, దేవుని గుణాలు ఆచరణలో చూపితే, నక్క, పులి, పాము కు ఓటు వేయము. కూతురు లాంటి ఓటును, అమ్ముకోము, అవసర అవకాశాలకు. గెలిచినా, ఓడినా, ఆవు గుణానికే ఓటు వెయ్యాలి. ఉత్తముడు దొరకకపోతే, నోటా కు ఓటు వేస్తాము.

*Response* - If we have sattvik guna, if we show the qualities of God in practice, we will not vote for fox, tiger, snake. A vote like a daughter, we don't sell it for need and opportunities. Win or lose, we should vote for the cow guna. If the best is not found, vote for NOTA.

*జవాబు* - రజో, తమో గుణము కలవారిని ఎన్నుకోకూడదు. వారి బాంక్ బాలన్స్ చూడండి. రాష్ట్రం అప్పులలోకి పోతున్నా, వారి సంపాదన 100 200 500 కోట్లు పైన పెరుగుతూనే ఉంటుంది. ప్రభుత్వ ధనాన్ని ఉచితముగా పంచుతారు, కానీ తమ ధనాన్ని ఉచితముగా పంచరు. తమ కంపెనీల సరకు ఉచితముగా పంచరు. అంటే, మనము పాపము చేస్తూ, పాపాత్ములను ఎన్నుకుంటున్నాము. పన్నులు పెంచి మన దగ్గరే వసూలు చేస్తారు మరువద్దు. అందరికీ చెప్పి, పంపుతారు కదూ.

ప్రభుత్వమే చెప్పింది, మీకు ఎవరూ నచ్చకపోతే, నోటాకు ఓటు వేయమని. 2014 నుంచి అమలులో ఉంది. 2019 లోక్ సభ ఎన్నికల లో 65,22,772 మంది నోటాకు వోటు వేసారు. చిత్రములో ఇవి చూడవచ్చు. దక్షిణాది నాయకులను కూడా లింక్ లో చూడవచ్చు. అది పాపము కాదు, పుణ్యమే. అసలు ఓటు వేయకపోవడం మాత్రం పాపం.

మనము నోటాకు వేయడం వలన, చెడ్డ వారికి భారీ మెజారిటీ రాదు లేదా ఓడిపోవచ్చు. ఉదాహరణకు 2 నిలబడ్డారు అనుకుందాము. ఒకరికి 34 శాతం, ఇంకొకరికి 33 శాతం వచ్చింది అనుకుందాము. నోటాకు 5 శాతం వచ్చింది అనుకుందాము.

As we vote for NOTA, the bad guys won't get a huge majority or may lose. For example, suppose 2 are standing. Suppose one got 34 percent and another got 33 percent. Let us assume that the NOTA earned 5 percent.

ఇప్పుడు 34 శాతం వచ్చిన వ్యక్తి గెలిచాడు, కానీ తేడా కేవలం 1 శాతమే. అది అతనికి అవమానం, గెలిచినా కూడా. అత్తెసరు మార్కులతో పాస్ అయ్యాడు అంటాము కదా? అలా బతికి బయట పడ్డాడు రా అంటాము.

Now the person who got 34 percent won, but the margin was only 1 percent. It was a shame for him, even if he won. Passed with minimum marks, right? We say that he just survived and got out.

అదే ఈ నోటా 5 శాతం ఓట్లు కూడా వచ్చి ఉంటే? మొదటి వ్యక్తికి 39 (34 + 5) శాతం అవుతుంది, అంటే 6 శాతం అధిక మెజారిటీ. విర్రవీగుతారు, ఎక్కువ మెజారిటీ అని.

Even if this NOTA 5 percent votes got for that person? 39 (34 + 5) per cent for the first person, i.e. 6 per cent super majority. They will celebrate, say the vast majority.

అదే 2 వ వ్యక్తికి ఈ 5 శాతం ఓట్లు కూడా వచ్చి ఉంటే? 38 శాతం తో అతను గెలిచి ఉండే వారు.

What if the same 2nd person got this 5 percent votes too? He would have won with 38 percent.

అంటే, మన నోటా ఓటు వారి తల రాతను మారుస్తుంది. గెలిచే వారు ఓడతారు, ఓడే వారు గెలుస్తారు. అంటే వారి అక్రమ సంపాదన మొత్తము ఖర్చు అవుతుంది కదా? ఇక మరలా ఎన్నికలలో నిలబడాలి అంటే భయపడతారు. ఓటర్లను గౌరవిస్తారు.

That is, our NOTA vote will change their fate. Winners lose, losers win. Does that mean all their ill-gotten gains will be spent? They fear that they will have to stand in the elections again. Voters are respected.

ఇప్పుడు నోటాకు, ఎక్కువ మంది, ఓటు వెయ్యడం మొదలు పెడితే, చిన్నగా రూల్స్ మారుస్తారు. గెలుపు మార్జిన్ కన్నా నోటా ఓట్లు ఎక్కువ ఉంటే, ఎన్ని రద్దు అనవచ్చు, భవిష్యత్ లో. కాబట్టి మార్పు మీ చేతిలో ఉంది. జాగ్రత్త గా వాడుకోవాలి మిత్రమా.

Now, if more people start voting for NOTA, they will change the rules soon. If NOTA votes are more than the winning margin, that election will be cancelled, in the future. So the change is in your hands. Be careful, my friend.
